When I was thirteen, I asked
for a domain instead of a cell phone.
I learned how to build websites before I learned how to drive a car! I probably should have known that the girl who spent her free time learning how to code would one day realize that not everyone understood the importance of custom web design the same way.
When I was 26, my husband and I opened a tent and event rental business, Price Rentals & Events. We ran it for six years before selling and I realized my *favorite* part about owning a business (besides making your own money and your own schedule?) was the fact that I was able to market it, and I marketed it well.
When I was able to rank our company FIRST in our region for specific keywords related to our industry and outrank companies that have been in business for decades before us — I realized that this was my calling.
Ten years later, I’m now finally pursuing the passion I had all along and love showing other small business owners how to leverage the power of good design and marketing can make even a small business stand out against the masses.
